Hi Laura, Excellent article and thanks for taking on this important topic. I find it especially relevant in light of recent circumstances; mass firings and high uncertainty for the federal workforce. Yes, I am interested in a seminar should you choose to lead something around this topic. Question, do you have any advice for testing the waters or conducting experiments concerning individual fit in private industry? I know networking is #1. However, I find the best data comes from first hand experience. In other words, how do I test drive some of these jobs and organizations?
